This is characterized by a fresh Lactic flavor and is a typical continental European Butter. It is produced from fresh pasteurized cream and Lactic cultures. Lactic butter is the ideal dairy ingredient to use as a table butter, in food ingredients and in confectionery.
Description
Our unsalted lactic butter is produced with fresh Irish milk from grass fed cows. The butter is differentiated through its fresh lactic flavour.
