We Produce a large variety of butter at the Co-op

This is also characterised by a fresh flavour and is a typical Continental European Butter. It is produced from fresh pasteurized cream with the addition of salt. Salted butter is ideal for use as a table butter, in food ingredient and in confectionery.

Our creamy and flavoured salted sweet cream butter is produced by fresh Irish milk from grass fed cows.
