Situated in the heart of the Golden Vale (one of Europe’s most renowned dairy producing regions), Tipperary Town is the ideal location for our Co-op headquarters.

Producing cheese, milk, butter, skim milk powder and buttermilk powder, we work with over four hundred farms, as we continue the rich dairy processing tradition that began when Tipperary Co-op was established in 1908.

All products are made from the milk of grass-fed cows, leading to supreme quality naturally great-tasting food.  What’s more, at Tipperary Co-op, we carry out continuous in-house testing to ensure that our customers receive only the very best dairy produce – it’s this dedication to excellence that has won us enormous industry acclaim over the years.

An innovative diversification strategy has seen the Co-op’s annual turnover increase to €125m in 2009.  In recent years, we’ve placed a strong emphasis on growing our export markets.  As a result, we’ve established a market presence in France, Germany, United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
