Spray Dried Sweet Buttermilk Powders

Buttermilk has a naturally high Phospho-lipid content which gives the powder a rich and creamy favour, making it optimal for use as a food ingredient.  It is a free flowing powder with a clean natural flavour.  It is extremely versatile with a wide variety of applications.

Co-Dried Blends

Tipperary Co-operative manufactures a range of highly functional co-dried customer specific milk blends.  All Tipperary Co-operative milk blends are 100% dairy base generated from our own in-house processes.  These are all wet blended and co-dried to give a homogenious, high microbial quality product and offer our customers an extremely functional product which is very cost effective.  They are free flowing powders with clean natural flavour and very adaptable for customers requirements.

Skim Tech

(Wet Blended Co-dried Skim / Sweet Emmental Whey)

This product is frequently used as a skim replacer in soups, sauces, ice creams, health nutrition, processed cheese, etc.  It is extremely versatile as a food ingredient as it has a clean smooth sweet flavour with full body.  It has all the functional characteristics of skim milk powder.

Buttermilk Tech

(Wet Blended Co-dried Sweet Buttermilk / Sweet Emmental Whey) 

Frequently used as a buttermilk replacer in icecream, sauces, confectionery, processed cheese, recombined milk, etc.  It is extremely versatile with a clean fresh flavour and full body.  It has all the functional characteristics of sweet buttermilk powder.

Skim / Buttermilk Tech

(Wet Blended Co-dried Skim / Sweet Buttermilk / Sweet Emmental Whey) 

Frequently used as a skim re-placer in soups, sauces, ice-cream, health nutrition, processed cheese etc.  It contains approximately 2% milk fat which imparts flavour . It is extremely versatile as a food ingredient as it has a clean smooth flavour will a full flavour . It has all the functional characteristics of Skim Milk Powder.

Buttermilk

(Liquid/Concentrated Sweet Buttermilk and Cultured Buttermilk)

Buttermilk is the non-fat liquid phase left after the manufacture of butter from cream.  It has a naturally high phospo-lipid content, making this product ideal in the manufacture of confectionery products and breads.

Liquid products are available in a variety of pack sizes as per customer requirements.
